Hello my name is Magdalena Jack and I’m the Director and CEO for MJ Quality Care Ltd. Over the last 7 years I’ve been in the healthcare industry gaining extensive experience in Mental Health. I’ve worked in Acute Mental Health Hospitals and various Community Mental Health settings that include Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, GP Practices, as well as Hospice and Palliative Care Teams.
During my working career I started to notice that there was a shortage of good staff which was in turn impacting the quality of the service and care that was being provided at the time. Having noticed this and driven by my passion for quality care I decided to start a recruitment company that would make it a priority to supply our clients with good quality staff as well as give great opportunities to those working in the healthcare industry whilst also providing a seamless service to both.
